What ships today, and what doesn't
Complimate is six products. One of them is finished. Rather than spread that across a page of roadmap labels, here is the whole build in one table.

Start with a free website scan. A paid plan adds the rest. Each source asks only for what the previous could not establish — nothing is guessed, and nothing you skip is counted against you.
Website scanfree
We check public pages, notices, consent experiences, cookies and trackers — in an isolated browser, accepting nothing. What fires before consent is recorded as it behaves, not as the policy claims.
Screenshotsunlocked
Every page the scan relies on is captured, so a finding can be shown to a developer or a board exactly as the browser saw it.
Guided questionsunlocked
You answer only what the website cannot reliably tell us. “I don’t know” is a valid answer and stays recorded as missing evidence — never converted into a failure to pad a score.
Agreement reviewunlocked
Upload processor and vendor agreements as PDF or Word files. Each is checked for twelve DPDP clauses — purpose limits, security, sub-processors, breach notice, deletion and more — and every result cites the page or paragraph it came from.
Local code checkunlocked · optional
A scanner runs on your own machine and uploads a closed JSON report — never your source, your filenames, or the values it matched. Skip it and the report says the check wasn’t run.
Your own evidenceunlocked · optional
Attach policies, registers and screenshots against the control they support. Files are malware-scanned and quoted in the report, so evidence you already hold counts.
Combined reportunlocked
Choose any two or more report types and freeze their exact versions into one combined view, downloadable as PDF, Excel or JSON. Every control shows how well we could see it, and unknown internal controls are never treated as failures.
Ask about itunlocked
An AI assistant answers questions from your own reports and cites what it used. When a question needs judgement, hand the conversation to a Complimate lawyer in a live chat.

What a practice actually tracks
Before it is a software problem it is a calendar problem. This is the ordinary load on an Indian compliance practice — the obligations Complimate is being built around.
Six of these are answered by filing something before a date. The seventh is not a filing at all — DPDP asks whether your systems are behaving correctly right now, which no calendar can tell you and no due date closes.

That difference is why Complimate shipped a scanner before it shipped the calendar. A deadline tracker is well-understood work and we are building it. A continuous obligation needs something that goes and looks — and looking is the part nobody currently has a tool for.
It is also why CompliLens refuses to give you a compliance score. A score implies the question is closed. For a standing obligation it never is; the honest output is what we could observe, and what we could not.

What we're building
Client onboarding, obligation tracking, document storage and due diligence, for CA firms, company secretaries, legal counsel and in-house teams. None of it is available yet.
Auto form-fill
A Chrome extension pulls a client's profile straight from Complimate and maps it onto MCA e-filing forms — CIN, PAN, GSTIN, registered office, director DIN — with a confidence score per field and a manual fallback for anything missing.
Due diligence reports
Upload a data room and the engine classifies clauses across 12 legal workstreams — corporate, tax, employment, IP, real estate, data privacy and more — scores them against red-flag rules, and produces a report with page-cited excerpts.
AI checklist generator
Answer a short profile questionnaire and Complimate matches it against a curated library spanning 18 regulatory domains — GST, labour, FEMA, RBI/NBFC, SEBI, DPDP and more — then layers targeted research on anything the library doesn't cover.
Document vault
Certificates of incorporation, PAN, GST registration, board resolutions and every compliance filing in between — stored with versioning and signed, time-limited download links, organised by client and document type.
Compliance calendar
A month-grid calendar plots every filing due date across your client roster, colour-coded by risk, with reminders that stay in sync automatically when a checklist item changes.

CompliLens you can use today, so the top of this page shows you a real report. The workspace is not finished, so here is the design instead — click through it, the way we intend it to work.

The DPDP row has no due date because it does not have one. It is the row CompliLens already answers — the scan result attaches here.
What you would do here
See every client's filings in one calendar, assign each to someone, and know which dates are at risk — instead of one spreadsheet per client.
Where the obligations come from
Suggested from entity type and confirmed by a partner in one click, drawn from a library spanning 18 regulatory domains.
How it connects to CompliLens
A finished assessment becomes the DPDP row on the client's record, with its evidence in the vault. The two products are one file.
